This essential card is required for the IP500 V2 to function with the IP Office Essential Edition Partner Version. It serves as a feature key, validating system functionalities and offering storage for Essential Edition Messaging (RFA license sold separately). Included with the IP500 V2 system, no additional license is necessary. The card supports two ports and can be upgraded to four or six ports through an activation purchase. It provides a maximum of 15 hours of message storage, including help menus, greetings, and mailbox navigation. Users can benefit from email forwarding or confirmation, voicemail breakout, and personal auto-attendant functionalities. The system supports configurable shortcodes for voicemail collection and offers independent Auto Attendants—40 in total, each with three time profiles. Additionally, it includes dial-by-name and number auto-attendant support, visual voicemail access via digital or IP terminal displays, and the ability to reply to messages from internal or external numbers. Other features include hunt group announcement support and a fax option for rerouting fax calls through the auto-attendant menu. Users can skip messages, call senders, and fast forward or rewind during message playback.
