Products may be returned for a replacement or refund within 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days, the product will fall under the manufacturer’s warranty, if applicable. Please note that manufacturer warranties vary by product, and some items may not be returnable once opened. Sealed retail-boxed items are non-returnable once the seal is broken.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable under any circumstances:
Software: Subject to the licence agreement provided with the package. By opening the package or breaking the seal, you agree to the terms of the licence.
Licences, Digital Goods, Services, or Non-Physical Products: This includes service contracts, agreements, and digital items.
Shipping and Replacements
All replacements are shipped via standard ground service unless a faster shipping method is selected by the customer. In such cases, expedited shipping charges apply and are non-refundable.
Damaged products are not eligible for return. If your merchandise arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier (e.g., Royal Mail, DHL, FedEx, UPS) immediately.
Damaged Products in Transit
If your package shows visible damage upon delivery, please refuse the shipment. The shipping carrier is responsible for the damage.
If damage is discovered after opening the package, you must:
Contact the carrier immediately to initiate an inspection.
Notify zeropglobal so we can file a claim on your behalf.
Important: Damage must be reported within 2 business days of receipt. Failure to report within this timeframe may void your damage claim.
Defective or Dead on Arrival (DOA) Items
If you receive a defective or DOA item, zeropglobal will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost. ” However, if the product is tested and found to be in working condition, a 50% restocking fee will apply”.
Please ensure you return only the item(s) originally shipped to you. For security and quality assurance, all serial numbers are scanned and recorded on video before dispatch.
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
To initiate a return, you must first obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from our Returns Department. Returns without an RMA number will not be processed. Products must be received by zeropglobal within 10 days of the RMA issue date, or the RMA will be void.
Restocking Fees
Restocking fees are applied as follows:
New – Unopened Original Box: 20%
New – Opened (All Accessories Included): 30%
New – Opened (Missing Packaging/Accessories): 50%
Order Cancelled After Processing: 30% (based on total order value)
Used – “No longer needed” or similar reasons: Up to 80%
Shipping Costs and Tax Refunds
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Taxes will be refunded on eligible returns, where applicable under UK VAT rules.
