5. Shipping and Delivery

We cover all reasonable and customary ground shipping fees unless otherwise specified. Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Returns and Refunds

Certain products are Final Sale and non-returnable, including:

• Digital content, licenses, and software

• Prepaid cards and gift packaging

• Memberships and completed services

• Consumables (e.g., ink, batteries, 3D filament)

• Items returned in unsanitary or damaged condition or missing major contents

Restocking Fees:

• New, Sealed Box: 20%

• New, Opened with All Accessories: 30%

• New, Missing Accessories/Box: 50%

• Used Items (No Longer Needed): Up to 80%

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Tax will be refunded where applicable.
