Returns and Replacements Policy

Return for Replacement or Refund

Products may be returned for a replacement or refund within 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days, the product will fall under the manufacturer’s warranty, if applicable. Please note that manufacturer warranties vary by product, and some items may not be returnable once opened. Sealed retail-boxed items are non-returnable once the seal is broken.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable under any circumstances:

  • Software: Subject to the license agreement provided. Opening the package or breaking the seal constitutes acceptance of the terms.
  • Licenses, Digital Goods, Services, or Non-Physical Products: Including service contracts and digital downloads.

Shipping and Replacements

All replacements are shipped via standard ground service unless expedited shipping is selected. Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged products are not eligible for return. If your merchandise arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier (e.g., Royal Mail, DHL, FedEx, UPS) immediately.

Damaged Products in Transit

If your package shows visible damage at the time of delivery, please refuse the shipment.

If damage is discovered after delivery, please:

  • • Contact the carrier immediately to initiate an inspection
  • • Notify zeropGlobal so we can file a claim on your behalf

Important: Damage must be reported within 2 business days of receipt. Failure to report within this timeframe may void your damage claim.

Defective or Dead on Arrival (DOA) Items

If you receive a defective or DOA item, zeropGlobal will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
If the item is found functional after testing, a 50% restocking fee will apply.

Please return only the item(s) originally shipped. All serial numbers are recorded via video for security and verification purposes.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

All returns must have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number issued by our Returns Department. Returns without an RMA number will not be processed.
Products must be received within 10 days of RMA issuance or the RMA will be void.

Restocking Fees

  • • New – Unopened Original Box: 20%
  • • New – Opened (All Accessories Included): 30%
  • • New – Opened (Missing Packaging/Accessories): 50%
  • • Order Cancelled After Processing: 30% of total value
  • • Used – “No longer needed”: Up to 80%

Shipping Costs and Tax Refunds

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Taxes will be refunded on eligible returns in accordance with UK VAT regulations.
