5. Shipping and Delivery

Standard ground shipping is included unless specified. Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays due to couriers, customs, or events beyond our control.

6. Returns and Refunds

Some items are final sale and non-returnable, including:

An RMA number is required and must be requested within 10 days of delivery. Email info@zeropglobal.com to obtain one.

Restocking fees:

• • New, Opened with All Accessories: 30%
• • New, Missing Accessories/Box: 50%
• • Used Items (No Longer Needed): Up to 80%

Shipping is non-refundable. Taxes are refunded where applicable.
